The financial services industry has changed a lot in the last few decades. At ClickRSVP, however, we’re still here, doing what we set out to do when we opened our doors in 1999 – to help financial institutions leverage the power of email. That all started with the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (GLBA) and delivering annual privacy notices. Since then we’ve leveraged our knowledge of financial services and changes in technology to deliver digital onboarding and lead generation, relationship marketing and transactional messaging, and more.
Our values, however, of service, integrity, and innovation have never changed.

Remember Reg. E? In 2010, we pioneered the use of integrated multi-channel communications when we partnered with Fiserv (FISV) to deliver a comprehensive solution for Reg. E (Debit Card Overdraft Opt-in). This broad-based outreach program helped financial institutions comply with the new regulation, while generating increased fee income.
Today, ClickRSVP is proud to call 125 bank and credit unions of all sizes in the United States as our trusted clients. Some have been with us for more than 15 years.
As an email agency that serves only financial institutions, we’ve developed our own platforms and custom solutions, designed and enhanced to meet the needs of our highly regulated industry. We actively participate in both regional and national banking organizations (NEFMA, ABA) and frequently comment on issues relating to financial email best practices.
We’re based in Milford, Massachusetts with a team of 8 employees who enjoy coming to work and collaborating with their clients every day.
