The financial services industry has changed a lot in the last few decades. At ClickRSVP, however, we’re still here, doing what we set out to do when we opened our doors in 1999 – to help financial institutions leverage the power of email. That all started with the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (GLBA) and delivering annual privacy notices. Since then we’ve leveraged our knowledge of financial services and changes in technology to deliver digital onboarding and lead generation, relationship marketing and transactional messaging, and more.

Remember Reg. E? In 2010, we pioneered the use of integrated multi-channel communications when we partnered with Fiserv (FISV) to deliver a comprehensive solution for Reg. E (Debit Card Overdraft Opt-in). This broad-based outreach program helped financial institutions comply with the new regulation, while generating increased fee income.

As an email agency that serves only financial institutions, we’ve developed our own platforms and custom solutions, designed and enhanced to meet the needs of our highly regulated industry. We actively participate in both regional and national banking organizations (NEFMA, ABA) and frequently comment on issues relating to financial email best practices.
